With over 15 years of experience at the intersection of business and technology, I've worked inside organisations of every size — from local startups to international enterprises like the European Patent Office and CGI. My focus has always been the same: deeply understanding business processes and transforming them through automation. I've built and managed automation projects both internally within organisations and for external clients, always driven by getting the most out of every workflow.

Beyond 123Automation, I run companies focused on AI — including one that provides human-in-the-loop services to improve AI applications, in partnership with Google. I started 123Automation because I saw too many businesses missing out on automation — not because it wasn't possible, but because it felt too complex or expensive. My goal is simple: bring the same enterprise-grade automation I've delivered for large organisations to every business, with a personal approach and transparent pricing.
